SYNOPSIS ​

When a washed-up, celebrity-hairstylist is forced to return to his rural New Zealand hometown, he finds his family farm in debt and his old man (Academy Award winner Geoffrey Rush) still furious at him for choosing show-biz over farm life years before. Broke and with nothing left to lose, he enters the fiercely competitive Golden Shears sheep-shearing championship, armed only with flair, a bangin’ early 2000’s playlist, and zero clues on how to shear.
